My suggestion would be to see a doctor.

Girl, go get a test, one of those early detection home pregnancy tests. That's your best bet than any false hopes any one of us yahoo'ers might provide, because from the sounds of it you are very likely to be, especially if you're actively trying. I would probably ask yourself if you've ever felt like this before, and this might be your first hint. Anyways, some of these home tests detect it sooner than the actual doctors. That is not to say home pregnancy tests are more accurate, some just detect a lower level of the pregnancy hormone than those given at a doctors office. At a doctors office, they generally tell you if you're pregnant based on a qualitative test (which basically means that if you are at a point in your pregnancy where your hormone has reached the level they use to determine pregnancy, then your pregnant). But in reality, you may be pregnant, but just yet haven't reached their level of pregnancy level cut-off, so they will basically say you are not. It is not a quantitative test which tells you the amount of pregnancy hormone you are producing (if any), so early pregnancy may not be detected. Most doctors offices use the qualitative who's cutt-off level is 50. But some home pregnancy test detect and determine pregnancy at around 20.
I speak from experience. Got a home one, said positive, phone all my family...all excited. Then went to the doctor couple days later and they said "no go". Come to find out, now that I have delivered, based on my due date and ultrasound of projected conception date, that I was pregnant all along.
Anyways, Good Luck and let us know the outcome if you're up to it, I know what its like to be trying! We'll put you in our prayers.

You may be pregnant as your periods has expired 10 - 14 days. Slight pain in yuor right side of abdomen may be due to other causes and it may also be due to discontinuation of your menses cycle of this month. After some time it will be OK and you will feel better . Good Luck.

That funny cramp-like feeling might be your uterus growing. That is common and am experiencing it myself now for sometime. (I'm 6 weeks.) Missed period, tender breasts, slight cramps, these are all good signs. Go for the test. The longer you wait to find out, the harder it will be if the results are negative. Good luck!

nicole. take a test and settle yourself if it is negative then relax and keep trying but if you constantly become disappointed then you will always feel it will never happen. Enjoy the ride and when nature takes it course or maybe with the help of professionals the you will be truely blessed.

If your period is 10 to 14 days late, I think it's time to take the test. GOOD LUCK!

Everyone is different in what happens when they are pregnant. However, you say that your breasts feel tender and sore... that sounds like you are to me, unless you like... fell on them or something. I would go to the doctor and get checked out.
Good luck! :)

the only way to really find out is to take a test, either a HPT or a blood test. if you end up disappointed, there is always next month.
I wish you the best and tons of babydust too!
