I don't think so. I believe everything we do is a product of our genetics and learned experiences, which is all affected our interactions with the others who are products of he same and also do things based on genetics and learned experiences. Nothing anybody does is really a matter of choice -- their mind is "programmed" to make a certain choice, and if they decide to go against that, then going against that is what they were "programmed" to do in the first place.

No, we are just a manifestation of the big bang. For every reaction there's an opposite and equal reaction. The events that are happening right now are the result of the way that big bang banged. So had that helium atom not moved a micrometer to the left before banging with the hydrogen atom, then you probably wouldn't have been born and have been able to read these words.
