The question was concerning the state of NY, the state she represents. And why is she mad at Tim Russert.? Did she assume she owned him like the others at NBC? What was with Brian's question about Romney asking Obama about mistakingly refering to him as Osama? I have heard many Dems do the same thing. He sounded so indignant.

Illegals need to drive in their own country.

This is exactly the reason I dislike Hillary and I'm a Democrat. Hillary seems to never answer a question truthfully or she's always being around the bush with her answers.

It was a simple question. There's only two possible answers yes or no. I wonder how many people are going to still support her once she actually starts to share her true feelings on hot button issues such as illegal immigration and so forth.

She isn't happy about it at all, but understands the frustration that has driven the governor to do this. Eighteen other states have already done so. He's tired of not being able to identify the illegals in his state, it really is a matter of national security. So since Congress and our President have failed to bring about immigration reform, he has taken matters into his own hands and hopes at least this way they can identify more of them. They're going to drive whether they have a license or not. At least this way they can be tracked. It's nothing but a patch until real immigration reform actually materializes. I understood her stand during the debate, believe it or not. If you listened to what she said, it was actually pretty clear. What he's doing makes sense in the absence of anything better right now. I don't know what was so hard to understand about that.

Basically she IS for it, just like she's for Illegals getting amnesty. She just didn't want to say so for fear of alienating 50%, at least, of the AMERICANS who would vote for her. Look on her website, it says right there that she backs amnesty for illegals. If they get licenses they would also be registered to VOTE. She would LOVE that, as she would be the one getting the votes.

She's probably mad at Tim Russert for putting her on the spot like that. She obviously wasn't at all prepared for that question.

Hillary doesn't give a rat's behind about driver's licenses for illegals, one way or another. You saw the two things she cares about in her answer.

1. Beating up the Bush administration.
2. Doing what is expedient.

If she actually answered the question, her answer would have been Yes, No, or I don't care. Did you hear any of those? No, because it wouldn't be expedient.

She probably knows what her position is but does not want to answer, because she has to win the primary election and then win the general election. If she had said that she does not support giving license to illegal immigrants, then she would be pounded with the left during the primary election, but if she said that she believed in giving a license, then the Republicans would pound her during the general election so she choose to answer it both ways.

She doesn't know if she is for it because she hasn't taken a poll yet. Clintons never do anything without polling an audience and finding the least common denomenator. If a poll said Hillary would look better with corn-rows, she'd be in a Harlem beauty shop by noon.

Hillary couldn't even answer a simple question like "Where to go for dinner" and you think she's going to answer one that involves a stance? She's far to busy dancing and lying to ever be pinned down to one thing.

They should have asked Dennis if illegals in flying saucers should get drivers licenses. It was a dart game and Hillary was the target.

She doesn't care. The job is not to offend or turn off any possible voting block. It's focus-group and poll driven; not driven by principle.

Long-term drug use is well known to damage the memory.

She gets confused.

Knowing her past, it was totally understandable and completely forgivable, right?
