My husband reckon you should wear them for 24 hours and I disagree because when I cuddle them they smell gross. Because he changes them before bed and stays in them to he has another shower before bed.

24 hours is way too long! I say fresh ones in the morning and at the end of the day, work day or whatever it be. If you are doing any sort of physical a new pair is called for!

I don't wear boxers, but I change my briefs every 12 hours, and oftener when I've been working out and sweat heavily...and I shower at least once a day, even on weekends, and sometimes twice - the second time after a workout or other strenuous physical exertion.

Some guys sweat more than others...and some guys sweat in different places. My dad used to work as a contractor and in the summer he would have to take an extra shirt with him and change at lunch time because he would sweat so much. Maybe he's just one of those people that needs to change in the middle of the day.
It's sort of a hard thing to tell the person that you love that they stink, so it has to be approached very delicately. Be careful how you tell him, but you should definitely tell him. It may hurt his feelings at first, but he will eventually appreciate your honesty.

I work in a straight shift...7/30am to 6pm....but as soon as I reach home 7pm...I prefer to take bath whether it is winter / raining..its my habit from child hood onwards ..and I am working in the office ..but still...before going to bath room I remove my shorts and wash my body thoroughly especially down there with soap / wash gel.....and I used to wash again before bed or sex....and myself or my wife make sure to wear a fresh underwear after bath....means...I wear it up to 12 hours only.
