ok ive seen alot of profiles with a box thing and its a scrollbar box like it has pictures and text well where would i get that???

A scroll bar is that skinny bar to the right of any web page with the up and down arrows, and along the bottom with the side-to-side arrows. If you mean a comments box , where people can send you messages, pictures etc, most layouts have those as well (though some users keep their comments hidden so their background shows through, or the comments are too personal for just ANYBODY to read). just go to any my space layout site and they will have a friends scroll bar or box, copy and paste it to your profile and your all set
