If a book, painting, or place can be evil, Why not a web site?

Theoretically- a website could be possessed with a demon.
Or summon a demonic portal upon viewing. It would be an interesting experiment. I think the reason it hasnt happened is because most adept sorcerors arent tech gurus.

Better yet, I believe it could be possible to create a flash animation that could accomplish that sort of feat. You'd have sound for an incantation clip, and the animation would flash the sigils necessary to invoke the demon.

Might be good for a laugh

I think the only way in which a web site could be evil is if it promotes harm to others. I would certainly nominate the web site of the Westboro Baptist Church as being evil because of its promotion of discrimination and the implied violence the site advocates.

In terms of any supernatural form of evil, such things don't exist.

Yes, I think any web site that says callous things
about your beliefs are evil. I think that when these
sights say that if you don't believe as they do,
you are going to parish in the pit of fire, I think these sights are evil
and should be placed on a list that our children should not have to listen to.
Anything that tries to turn you away from your own personal beliefs is evil.
They peoples, places and things should be avoided at all costs because they pollute the air with their putrid beliefs and will kill others, in order to force them to believe as they do.
I have not mentioned who these people are, because they recognize themselves and are the first ones to tell you how wrong you are in your beliefs.

yes! what about child porn sites, or sites that provoke terror, or sites that advocate hate... of course there are evil websites... but IP addresses could be the "number of the beast" that we all have to have in order to exchange in commerce...one day... it could happen, then technically all websites will be proven to be evil...
