Unfortunately, a minor can not be placed into marriage. You can only do that when you become an adult, at the age of 18. So the answer to this question is NO unfortunately. If they would drop the age of marriage down to about 13 I'd been married a long time ago.

No. In most states, the minor must petition the court for emancipation. Here in California, even an emancipated minor still needs parental permission to get married.

If a minor got married with the consent of his or her parents, that minor is considered emancipated by marriage.

A minor can't even GET married in the first place without a parent's permission. If you really want to be emancipated and support yourself financially, there are forms you need to fill out and an adult can help you. You don't have to get married to do this.
