I have to have my pillow at a 45 degree angle, and then I sleep mostly on my right side with my right hand under my pillow and my left hand next to my pillow.

on my left side, with one pillow. my pillow usually moves throughout the night as well as my body.

The only way I don't like to sleep is on my back. Otherwise, I start on my left side until I get tired out, move to my right side with my left arm under my head and my arm stretched out, and somewhere in the night I roll onto my stomach with one hand up under my head and the other by my side, switching my arms and position of my head off and on. I always wake up on my stomach.

I like to sleep in my boxers, on my belly face down with my arms folded under the pillow, and the covers over my head.
