ROFLOLOLOLOL-
no, but I have said "Grand Central" on a particularly busy day, or, in my best radio voice "Thank you for calling Disneyland".

I've fooled a few people momentarily that way!

The phone rings... "I just got out of the shower and it's going to rain today. Do you have $250 that I can borrow? My wife and kids just left me......." Is that a good alternative for "Hello"?

I have answered the phone and just said "you called" always get a hesitation on the other end.

I always say "Hello".
I get annoyed when I phone someone and they don't say anything, so as long as it's not too rude, I really don't care!

I always answer 'hello'.
If its a friend, I'll usually say 'hey' after they greet me.
