it's not weird thoughts like many people have, it's pretty hard for me to forget it. sometimes my brain keeps playing the same image repeatedly for hours.

It does sound like OCD. (obsessive-compulsive disorder) Its cause can be chemical, so why not use meds to control it?

Well, considering there are many pedestrians that will walk right out in front of you when they see a car coming toward them is annoying. It seems as though they are daring you to hit them and have a sense of entitlement.

haha.. dont worry your not crazy, just scared of hitting someone and its the last thing you want to happen.. thats why you constantly think abotu it when you drive...
its healthy that you know you think about it a lot and you know your scared about it. and thinking about it means it wont likely happen because your aware of the people around you. i find my self in situatios where i think of the worst thing that could happen. its also just worrying about things. it should go away soon. if not then get help... but its not serious
