As a a DJ, I get mine from several sources.

Promo Only - Monthly CD within a specific Genre. Songs about to be or recently released

Ultimix - Monthly CD with Dance versions of songs, usually in the billboard dance charts

TM Centrury - Weekly CD of several generes of songs about to chart on Billboard

Hot Tracks (now part of select music I think) - Similar to Ultimix, but not as "technoy".

Yahoo! and iTunes downloads for obscure songs, or songs hitting the charts that the aforementioned services missed (rare).

Almost all of these require a subscription and proof you are a professional DJ. Most are around $20 per month, but can be as high as $70
