I actually stumbled across Nouvelle Vague when their self titled album released in 2004 and was compelled to check them out. I have since been a pretty devoted listener.

I still think their cover of "This is Not a Love Song" by PIL is my favorite...
What covers do you enjoy?

Wow! I had no idea that such a site existed - yes, I'm a turtle in many ways confined only to my little shell :)

Thanks MachPen!

Never heard of them, honestly, until you just mentioned them.
But upon checking their site, I came across some covers of Echo & the Bunnymen's "The Killing Moon" and Blondie's "Heart of Glass" and both sound good :)

Some of the site's in Francais, so it's hard to figure out who they're being performed by - not to mention that the fonts are a bit wacky... but I dig ~ it's very Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec - Bohemian :D

Not familiar with them, but I love PiL (especially "Public Image")

Probably the only one I'm familiar with, Dancing With Myself. It's strangely sexy.

Well, I must have missed this train, cause I have no idea. I can always count on you to give me something to look up, lol.
