These sound like Colombian ramshorn snails from your description. These take about 3 weeks, give or take, because water temperature will influence the hatching rate.

See if these are what you have: http://www.aqualandpetsplus.com/Bug,%20Snails,%20Colombian%20Ramshorns.htm

If not, try identifying your snails from these links and you can then google "(name of snail) eggs hatching" or something similar:

Well if you all of them are laying eggs then they won't hatch, cause you got 4 female snails, But if one is a male you are going to have a real mess on your hands, I can't say how long for sure with out knowing the breed but, you can get up 100 snails in one "litter" and if you got three haha your tank should be pretty darn clean.

It won't take long for them to hatch, but snails breed like rabbits. They are a tank pest (unless there's just one in there), and can ruin your filter (eggs get sucked into the filter and are sometimes usually hatched in there). I'd keep a close lookout on those snails, though.

it depends on what type of snail it is - sorry, but i need a picture. theres plenty of types of freshwater snails that look like what you describe.

and no, you dont need to have a male and female snail to breed. some aquatic snails are hermaphrodite, meaning, hey are both male and female, and do not need the opposite sex.

most snail eggs take 3 days to three weeks to hatch, with some exceptions.

Anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the snail and temperature. Here's more info. on breeding them:

Yours sounds like a "Ramshorn Snail":
