Depending on what OS you have depends on how the computer restarts
for Example, you have:
Windows 95/98/2000/XP
Start --> Shutdown --> Restart (in the case of 95 and 98 Restart the Computer)
Windows Vista
Start -> Arrow right next to lock at Bottom
