You don't have a factory restore CD that came with your PC? If not, it looks like you are going to have to go buy another copy of windows. Without a windows CD or a factory restore disk, there is nothing that you can do. Maybe a friend has a copy of windows that you can use your Windows Key to reinstall it. Don't bother trying to use a friends key for windows as it will not work. If you do not even have a windows key then you only have one choice. Go out and buy a new copy of windows.

You might try to get a restore CD from your computer manufacturer.
Good luck.

You need a CD for that one. If you don't want your files to be removed, upgrade it.
Another idea is to download a free OS from the net in an internet cafe or something, and download it (e.g. Open Suse 10.3). Save it in a CD. Insert the Live CD in the Computer and reboot. Make a backup of your files. If you don't have enough budget to buy an original OS. It's always legal to install this Linux OS. Not a bad idea if you ask me.

Sucks to have bought a bootlegged Windows system, or that you knowingly bought such never thought you need it later on like this.

You need such CD, or use a Linux install if you got your mind set on doing that switch. But then again Linux CD is needed for that, everyone that sells Linux do so legally for about $5 per burn compare to $200 per Windows box.
