In which cases or situations do people judge others unfairly (or discriminate)? Preferably current and general, like job employment, rather than slavery and stuff. ^^;

Everywhere and in all situations where people interact.

Picking a question about a group for Yahoo and deciding what words to use. (Example: asking a question about a country and labelling all people in it or using racist epithets or stereotypes.)
Choosing someone for a job. (Example: John and Mary both qualify, but Mary might get pregnant one day, so you choose John.)
Deciding whether to be nice to the server at a bar. (Example: Two servers are different races. You tip one more because you think people of their race are hard-working and the other less because you think they will only spend it on drugs.)
Any time people have a conversation about someone else. (Example: you talk about unemployment in the area and blame it on a conspiracy by a racial or religious group).
Deciding whether to be friends with someone.
Deciding where to shop. (Example: you decide to walk further to the other shop because you don't want to deal with the immigrant that runs the former, or because you don't think women should be allowed to work.)
Deciding whether another person's actions are acceptable. (Example: a man sleeps with three women. You congratulate him on his prowess. A woman sleeps with three men. You call her a s!ut and a ho.)

I was told I couldn't get a job because I drove a 4 door hatchback and not a Camaro or Trans Am.The interviewer said I would be too slow to stock shelves at a drugstore.He had an ulterior motive,but I figured if he was that superficial,I didn't want to work for him.At another job: I don't celebrate Christmas even though I am Christian and was ostracised for it.The only sympathy I got was from our Jewish secretary who didn't celebrate it either.She had to plan the party.
