Yes, only we can really make ourselves "whole" and we do a pretty good job of creating our our holes. :-)
Our life purpose is to undo all we've done or allowed to be done to ourselves.

That Would Be Placing The Stature Of Them To The Equivalent As CREATOR. God Makes Me Whole -- 100% -- I am Not Too Sure Of What You Mean By "Holes" -- When I Find That EMPTINESS There, I Replenish It With The Word Of God -- The Holy Bible -- The Light Of The Body IS The Eye (Bible). That Would Represent An Opening. Everything The Eye Sees, Beholds, Witnesses, Etc. Has An Effect Whether Good Or Bad On The Body. No Man Lighteth A Candle And Putteth It Under A Bushel, Rather He Makes The Light Known, So Those Who Enter May See The Light. (Bible) The Holes That May Come, Come From Absence Of The Word Of God. If Your Car Gets Low On Anti-Freeze, You Re-fill It, Same Goes For The Word, It Is The Voice Of God & When You Detach Yourself From Reading, A Void, (Holes) Become Apparent, And The Light Escapes. This Is Why People Who Were Once In The Gospel, Reading The Bible, Going To Churches, Etc -- Develop Something Opposite Of Wholeness, They Get Further & Further Away From God, A Great Gulf Fixed. They Forget What The Bible Says & Thus Backslide Into The Bondage Of Sin. You Asked, What Makes One Whole -- It Is The Word Of God, Not Only Hearers But Doers Of The Word.

Just God makes us whole, I would say.
It's our will to choose any of our way, that's why we shall grow our inner and shall feel as whole, or lose ourselves, becoming some kind of empty black-holes, or full of rage, etc. It depends _
Any experience should fulfil you in your own way. It's up on your soul, isn't it?
E. g. being lonely doesn't mean you cannot be whole. It's just a state of mind.
Although I would rather prefer to keep my whole love in my heart for someone unique even when they are not living any more, than having a solitary life just because I was married before. We can do mistakes. Aren't we humans, after all? It's the only thing I'm not in accordance with the Bible _
Have you seen "The Ghost" with Demy Moore?

Without becoming religious in my answer...
There is not "one" person who makes me whole. I find that the people I surround myself with are what makes me whole and who I am. I know I am me and will always be me but each person allows me to be just a little different when I am around them. The power I give my friendships and family within my life is what allows any of them to make holes.... with words, actions etc. but it is also the stregnth that they give to me that patches the holes that I have allowed others to create.

As a person who tries my very hardest to take responsibility for my own actions and the consequences that follow, I would have to say no.
My answer is based on the fact that no one can 'make' anything about me, be it holes or otherwise.
So, if I am to be whole or with holes, there is no one to blame but myself.

YES! the one that makes us whole has the capacity of putting holes in us.
Because I let him (the one) make me whole, it follows that I also allow him to leave holes in me. It is an equal reaction. If he won't be capable of making holes in me, then I should say he doesn't make me whole.

The only human that makes me whole is me and I am not going to be making any holes in myself.

Anybody can poke holes in your self-esteem, but I make the most holes when I should be making myself whole.

Metaphorically speaking, I have a lot of holes, rather like tattered lace; but there has never been, nor will there ever be, anyone who could make me whole. I arrived missing pieces.

Yes, many times. I'd do that myself whenever the urge takes me. I'd make those holes, only to make whole again, just to test my powers. Wicked! Wicked! I know. But I am only human and I have 'those' days.....
I also value my critics...those making holes to make me wholesome!!!

That is the PERFECT example of my best friend.
She makes the holes by making me feel incompetent, unworthy, hopeless, and just plain horrible sometimes without even knowing it. She makes me whole by caring about me when I feel so imcompetenent, unworthy, hopeless, and just plain horrible. The only way she could possibly do this is because of the way she lives so well in oblivion.
So, yeah, they do...somtimes.
