No not forward...backwards. Like if Matt had a gunfight scheduled for High Noon, when it came time, he would turn his watch back to 11. Then he can be with Sunshine (or Kitty at the Longbranch) another hour before having to go out on the street.

I had to put this in terms you would understand. LOL

You turn your clock one hour backward before you go to bed. Do you not read the papers? Do you not listen to the radio? Do you not watch the National and Local News? We have only been told 15 gazillion times to set all of our time keeping devices back one hour before we go to bed as we go back to Standard time at 02:00 Sunday Morning!

Ever heard the expression "Spring forward, fall back"? - It means in the fall, set your clock backward. At 2:00am, it becomes 1:00am again.

no, you change it from 12:00 am to 11:00 pm. you gain 1 hour of sleep. Instead of being midnight, it will be only 11:00 pm. Enjoy the extra sleep.

No. Fall back. Fall back. If it reads 12:00 midnight, set it back to 11:00PM.

Easy way to remember this is the saying:
Spring forward, fall back.

I think it goes the other way.
So lets say it's 10 right now, switch it back to 9.
