Eucalyptus stains on car need to get OUT!!! PLEASE HELP?

a friend is selling his car tuesday
and it has been leftout in the open under gumtrees/eucalyptus trees and now there is red stains on the white paint!!!
please help me
any suggestions, polish wont work
please please please
any answers appreciated.

Take it to a full service car wash & ask them to do a clay treatment to lift out the stains.
