Yes. It is possible to get pregnant any time there is genital to genital contact if you are not using contraceptives. Men manufacture pre-ejaculate, a clear liquid that does include sperm, and they have absolutely no control of it coming out.
The hymen does not in any way halt the movement of sperm.
If you are going to be having sex, you must use contraception, either be on the pill or use a condom Every Single Time, preferably both. Part of the responsibility of being sexually active is being able to take care of your own health and reproductive processes.
