Technically 2:00 AM. But I don't know anyone who will get up at that hour and turn their clocks back. That's kind of silly. Just turn them back before you go to bed tonight.

tonight before you go to bed. It is technically at 2:00am Sunday morning, but I don't plan on staying up until then to turn back the clocks at that exact time.

2 am is the official time, but if you are not going to be awake at that time, then do it before you fall asleep - if you don't you will be an hour early when you wake up.

turn them back when you go to bed. technically it doesnt start until 2am but its easier to remember right before you go to bed that way your not confused in the morning.

you're supposed to do it 2 am sunday morning. but who's gonna wake up and do that? i just do it before i go to sleep so i won't forget the next day.
