Yes, in a little town in Tennessee ... What did it mean to me ... it scared the life out of me. I asked someone I worked with, I was told that the KKK leaves them for people to see, as a reminder they are still around.

It was during Halloween and it was a display for that occasion. It was scary to see a mannequin hanging from the noose, but I did not think of it being racist or anything like that.

No, but i was watching CNN and it think it is very embarassing for this country to seem racist. Who knows, maybe it is.

It was just a macabre "prop" with no political meaning.
