yes it is normal. Some boys mature earlier than other boys do. At your age it can feel strange, but it is part of growing up to be an adult.
Please don't be afraid to ask questions about maturing or look it up on the internet.
It is important now to make good decisions about your future of becoming an adult.

Yes, some people mature earlier others mature much later,it just depends on a person's body :)
