They are all in the same class (benzodiazapines) but chemically different. They are all very addictive substances and should be taken only short term and as a last resort.

Similar but different. All affect you differently. Though for most people they will all knock you out at the right dosage. None of them knock me out. They barely relax me. I have had all of them as prescrips. I was disappointed. Valium works better for me.
