Before you have sex, make sure you always clean up. I won't even let my fiance down there until I wash up real quick, no matter what. I'm just always paranoid.
Perhaps try a different kind of toilet paper. Some leave more stuff behind than others. Try Charmin extra strong.

Make sure you wipe front to back. If you are, take a good look with a mirror. Is it yeast perhaps?Sometiimes yeast can diguise itself as toilet paper. Since you do have a boyfriend, get him involved. Have him take a good look at what looks like toilet paper. Yeast infections can look like toilet paper, especially after you have already wiped. A quick Dr visit will be the tell all!! Good luck and hope you are healthy!

I think everyone has that problem now and then, I use the flushable wipes they make now when I am home and don't have that problem anymore not sure how to "fix" it another way. I don't think there is such thing as wiping too much. Maybe a different good toilet paper?

You could be wiping to much or either too hard. Don't push the tissue in there. Wipe maybe 2 times and leave it alone. If it is that much of an issue use wet wipes and that way you are wiping and cleaning at the same time.

You might try a different toilet paper, but I agree that you may be wiping too hard. It should be more of a bloting wipe in the vaginal area. Save the heavy wiping for the other end :-)

First off, make sure you are wiping front to back. Most females dont do that. After you urinate, you can also use Personal Wipes (found in the same section as pads/tampons).

I don't wipe, I simply press the tissue where it is wet then drop it in the toilet, no more little bits of tissue that way.
