Rank these names?

These are my favorite names, and I plan to use them in the stories I write. But I need to know how readers would rank the names. Plus I'm just curious.
boys- Asher, Vincent, Connor, Conall, and Kendrick
girls- Shannon and Carmen

So everybody knows, I already had the characters developed with really common names I didn't like very well. I just needed to give them cooler/more unique names, and was wondering what people thought of the ones I liked.

I love that the names are unique, but I don't really like how they sound. Shannon is ok. I'd give it a 5/10.

Girls ~ Victoria, Veronica, Isabella, Eva, Ava, Taylor, Torah, Tara, Natasha, Jasmine, Katelyn

Boys ~ Um I'm not a good boy namer sorry!

Boys- Asher, Vincent, Connor, Conall, and Kendrick
Asher sounds more like a name you'd give to a chimney
Vincent is okay.
Connor is great.
Conall seems akward.
Kendrick, my only thoughts are wtf.

Girls- Shannon and Carmen
Shannon reminds me of a little b**** that used to live on my street.
Carmen sounds hot.

Well I am also a writer, and I happen to like Connor and Carmen. But remember the characters can have great names but still not be much of an interested to the readers. You should take more time developing their personality's and what their like and how each character acts and then decide on the names later. That is just my opinion as a writer. Take it or leave it.

I think Asher, Conall, and Kendrick are sort of odd. Anyways, here is how I rank them.

Asher almost sounds like a girl's name. I think that would throw me off when reading the story. Kendrick sounds like a last name.
