Starting yesterday i had sharp pains all over my stomach, last night they were so sharp i couldnt lay down. I was up at 5am this morning throwing up. Feel back asleep, up at 8 am with a totally different pain, it felt like my stomach was one giant pulled muscle, and alot of abdonmial pressure, its been about 30 hours since the pain started. It doesnt seem to be getting any worse, its just not going away. When i push on my stomach it hurts, no matter where i push on it. Its not unberable pain, just really sharp. My temperature is 99.3.. When i eat the pain is 5 times worse? Ive had a uti, that i was taking antibiotics for (maybe the infection spread to my kidneys). But i dont think my stomach would hurt to touch if it was a kidney infection? When im sitting its not horribly painful, but when i stand it hurts bad. And i keep getting sharp pains in my upper stomach, as well lower. When i stretch or cough my lower stomach hurts, i feel minorly constipated and im really gasy. Thanks!

Also ive felt this weird feeling in my stomach, like a bubble popping (different from gas). It almost feels like a palpitation in my stomach??? And a few times when i pushed on my stomach, i felt a small 'pop' like feeling.

I don't think you should ask us. You should see a doctor, this could really be serious, especially after so much time and no progress whatsoever. The only thing I think I can tell is that it cannot be because of your kidneys. They are actually quite high in the body and so would probably not affect your lower stomach. Perhaps it's an allergy to the antibiotics, how long have you been taking them?
I hope you get better and that it's nothing serious.

You definitely need to go the doctor or a hospital immediately. The fact that you have a fever makes me worried that its something more than just stomach cramps and gas. It can be a number of things, but the only way to know for sure is to see a doctor.

Yeah, emergency room. Could be something like a hernia that got strangulated in the abdominal wall. Probably wrong 'cuz I'm no doctor but it sounds like you have a bad infection if you're running a fever and something could be septic. Seriously, time is of the essence here concerning getting this seen to.

If it's been this bad for 30 hours, you should go to the ER. It could be as simple as gastritis but it could be your appendix or gall bladder. If you're appendix bursts, you will become toxic and die. The problem with appendix is once it bursts, the pain eases so much it can even be completely gone but now everything from inside the appendix is going through your system and you won't even know until it's too late. Please seek some help.

sounds like gastroenteritis or "food poisoning"
Signs and symptoms
Food poisoning symptoms vary with the source of contamination. Most types of food poisoning cause one or more of the following signs and symptoms:

Nausea
Vomiting
Watery diarrhea
Abdominal pain
Stomach cramps
Loss of appetite
Fatigue
Fever
Signs and symptoms may start within hours after eating the contaminated food, or they may begin days later. Sickness caused by food poisoning generally lasts from one to 10 days.
Treatment
Treatment for food poisoning typically depends on the source of the illness, if known, and the severity of your symptoms. For most people, the illness resolves without treatment within a few days, though some types of food poisoning may last a week or more.

The primary goals of treatment are to replace lost fluids and to relieve symptoms of severe diarrhea and vomiting. Fluids and electrolytes — minerals such as sodium, potassium and calcium that maintain the balance of fluids in your body — lost to persistent diarrhea need to be replaced. This can be done by drinking lots of liquids.

Children and adults who are severely dehydrated need treatment in a hospital, where they can receive salts and fluids through a vein (intravenously), rather than by mouth. Intravenous hydration provides the body with water and essential nutrients much more quickly than oral solutions do.

Your doctor may prescribe antibiotics if you have bacterial food poisoning and your symptoms are severe.

Food poisoning caused by listeria needs to be treated with intravenous antibiotics in the hospital. And the sooner treatment begins, the better. During pregnancy, prompt antibiotic treatment may help keep the infection from affecting the baby.
