What record are you referring too? The information that flows between you and the doctor is strictly confidential. I think it would have to take a court order to have it released and then there is still a question whether the doctor would fight this.

Therapist, don't let that stop you if you need to see one. I really don't think it will go on your work record, it will go on your insurance record.
