I thought of an I love you phrase when I read your question too.
My favorite is Em Yeu Anh, "I love you" in Vietnamese, which I say to my boyfriend b/c we're both Vietnamese :]

Mine's "Kokoro shouyou" (my username) which is Japanese for Wandering Heart, "Kokoro mata" which is Japanese for Rusted Heart, or "Kokoro o Iwaku Sono", which I think means The Past in Heart, in Japanese. The thing is, I like those because they describe me; I am a wandering, rusted heart with the past still in mind, on a crossroads and a mission.

"Je t'aime...Moi non plus..."

It basically means..."I love you...Me neither..." in French.

It's the name of a really good song, btw.
