My neighbor's kid does. I don't get any trick-or-treaters except for her, so I just bought a whole bag and dumped it in her little pumpkin thing she was using to hold her candy. Her mom was a little pissed off over it but OH WELL.

Are they the ones with caramel in them? Those are pretty good, other than that NO, those things are nasty...(except the ones...with caramel in them...)
