I had pandesal (bread), kape (coffee), and itlog (eggs). I like the sound of the combination. For dinner I think I’ll have pandesal, kanin (rice), tortang talong (eggplant omelette), saging (banana), and then yosi (cigarette).

I wish I could have "pandesal" with "cheezewhiz"But I couldn't really find it here in Malaysia! The only time I can taste it,if my mom come's for a visit and would bring me lots of it...Itlog will always be my favorite, and hey!I do that tortang talong too!only if there's much time for me to do it..If not,I save it for the next b/fast...I don't yosi..But,I would like to give it a try,If I can find that Philips brand in here..But,I doubt it...would u mind sending me some?....Or pandesal?

I had rice, corned beef with green peas, pork and beans, fried tuna, sliced cucumber in vinegar, pineapple juice, suman with peanut butter for brunch. That sounds a lot? Not quite really. I only got small portion of each and was dining with my daughter and her HS friend.

For dinner, I had soda crackers and butter and cold milk.

I had hotdogs, scrambled eggs, rice, and iced tea. I heard we're going to have fried chicken this dinner. Can't wait. I love tortang talong!

A healthy farmer's breakfast, I must say :

Rice and tuyo, with steamed ampalaya and okra. And brewed barako coffee.

And then another cup of coffee over a stick of cancer.
