I would just talk to the police because sometimes nowadays the parents are worse than the kids and dont teach the kids anything because the parents value nothing . good luck .

Was it intentional or accidental ?
What kind of kid is she, normally good, or a rotten child ?
How easily can you replace it ?
Did she know how much you valued it ?
A lot kids have no clue how fragile some things are. Some are upset and act out in inappropriate ways.
Have you spoken to her ? Was she sorry, or surly ? Did she offer to help replace it ? Was she afraid and ran ? Could she work off the debt ?

there is not any incorrect or accurate age to shave her pubic hair, and it isn't all the way down to be sexually lively which in it self looks a stupid remark made by technique of you.it would nicely be all the way down to that she reveals it risky or a number of her friends have executed an analogous ,through the indisputable fact that's prominent. both way she is starting to be up faster now than in easy words many years in the past.

Bring the broken object to her parents. Make it around dinnertime so you know they'll probably be home.
