Two hours of sleep is better than no sleep but it is not healthy to get that amount of sleep anyway because you need a full seven or eight hours committed to sleep if you want your body to have enough energy to get through the day.

If I can really get 2 hours, I'll go to sleep. But if I will get any less than 2 hours, I might as well stay up.

Medically speaking, you should stay awake and go through your daily routine to achieve optimum recovery strength and normal sleep patterns. You can't nap to make-up for lost sleep.
