Oh, yes !! Not only do I get a pounding headache, my eyelids get puffy, and of course, red eyes. Thankfully, Visine can help with the reddened eyes !! Tylenol or Motrin, thankfully helps the headache !! I have been under more stress than usual plus, 4 family deaths within one year. Crying is good for you because it does help release some of the painful feelings. I doesn't take away the pain, but, it is an outlet.

No, but I do remember having such a bad headache that I started to cry.

(Not really, but anyone other than me would've cried. The headache lasted a week!)

I have never cried when i got a headache, as it was really a chance for me to relax myself.
Don't you think so?
