O great, Raycroft! Let's add to our collection of backup goalies! Holmqvist, Denis, and Raycroft!

LUBERS - Marty and Richy have no trade clauses. Vinny Lecavalier WILL NOT be traded (he just made a multi-million dollar donation to All Children's hospital) So who's left? Boyle. or at least hes the only one that would fetch anything of worth through a trade.

Once the new ownership is in place you will have Bryzgalov. The only issue is who you will be sending to Anaheim, and it won't be Boyle, Vinny, etc...whomever it will be will be under 23 and or draft picks.

The deals pretty much already been agreed to.

Why would you want to trade Boyle anyway? He is coming off of a career year last season. The injury was a freak accident, it could have happened to anyone. Tampa hasn't started off great but it's not like they are tanking, they are two games out below 500 and two points out of a playoff spot right now. Perhaps a healthy Boyle is the difference the Lightning need?

TB: Gotcha. Nittimaki might be available and the Flyers have Boucher down with the Phantoms. If I am the Flyers, I would give both for Boyle!

McCabe and Raycroft for Boyle and a 3rd round draft pick.

We will give you Raycroft for free then? Just take him lol. And take McCabe too :p

i guess if you really wanted to, you could trade boyle and holmquist to the devils for weekes and a few draft pick. the devils are lacking in defense this year, and boyle would help spark it, especially on the power play. weekes is a good, solid, veteran goalie and draft picks could help the lightning. and the devils need a new backup if weekes is gone, which holmquist could accomplish.

but don't start worrying yet, theres still alot of season left.

You could get Bryzgalov and a draft pick.

Or just take Raycroft and McCabe.
Nobody likes him.
He sucks.
I mean hes an amazing defender, you should deffinantly take him.

Bryzgalov in Anaheim, but Tampa would probably have to take on some salary in the form of Marchant...

You can have McCabe and Raycroft for Boyle. Let me call JFJ and arrange that.

You want to punt your top D-man already? Take a deep breath and remain calm. All is fine and the season is long.

i see youve hit the panic button.. hang in there my friend..
but realistically-- whos there farm club goalie??
NHL level-- heck Cujo could still be effective, but a Budaj or Theodore from the Avs would be the perfect fit there, IMO..
Just see which is closer to the chop in colorado..
