Did you grind on it or just mistakenly it on it? Did you remain on it or quickly get up? I'd say this one comes down to time frame. Like if you accidentally touch a girl's breasts and pull away quickly, it was an accident. If you linger, that's groping.

i would adjust it so that when i sat down you would go flying. possibly into the river, since by the river is the playground with the only seesaws around here.

it certainly be me as im 5ft5" but only a light weight, i would probably go up and go flying straight off the top when you sit down on the other end!!!!!
