when your in puberty do you get more than 1 growth spurt. and im 14 and 6"0 am i going to grow any bigger because my dad is like 6"3" and my uncles and cuzin are around there or higher.

Chances are yes, you will grow TALLER. I don't know about bigger. My step sons were 14-16 and one was 5'9and the other 6'1. Now, years later, the older is 6'4 and the younger is 6'5. Only God knows how tall you will get, but it sure sounds like you have a good chance to get wayyyy taller. Woman love that, so be happy about it.

Boys not uncommonly grow until they are around 21. I assume you are a boy. At 14, If you already have facial hair and your voice has changed you might expect some more inches but probably not too much more.

Once the sexual hormones start kicking in (the ones responsible for facial hair and voice changes) your epiphysial plates calcify. These plates are responsible for long bong (arms and legs) growth which stops upon calcification.

At 14, it is doubtful that you are full grown. Men can get minor growth sports in their late teens and early twenties. Who knows, you could have some more growing to do!

Boys usually grow well into thier 20s. My husband is 25 and since his 20th birthday has grown 2.5 inches. His family is all over 6'5''. I feel you will grow taller.

yes, you should get taller. because growth spurt stooped when you're like 23
