It appears to be adult, should I turn it into someone or just erase it ? Its gross.

It depends if it was adults with adults erase it if it was adults with children then by all means turn it in.You obviously watched it so make your own judgement.

just erase it. Someone forgot to do it, or thought they HAD done it. Unless it's kiddie porn, it's legal, even if you find it distasteful.
So just nuke it and move on.

goto tools, delete browsing history then delete all. History is wiped.
