i was thinking of wearing it with like a cami or tank top underneath and buttoning like the middle of it so u can c the cami color a little

i think it is nice, cotton will wear well, but i think it would be ok as it is without the layered look. i would save the layered look when you want to be a bit dressy. good with jeans, but what do you think, dont worry too much, i am sure you will fit in just fine. i would say this is much better than goth.

Its cute, and its not too dressy for school. I have the same top, and I wear it all the time working at American Eagle. What I do is wear it with a white tank top underneath it and the first 3 or 2 buttons undone. The I wear a brown leather belt with ripped jeans. Wearing it like that makes it look very casual.

Totally cute! You should wear it! You can wear it as a dress shirt, but you can dress it down for school! Cuff the sleeves and make it 3/4- that would be cute!
Wear some jeans with it, cute shoes (recommend for that shirt- some flats!), and ya- a cute cami...

That is TOO cute! I love it. However, I wouldn't wear it just like that. I suggest jean capris or just jeans. It would look good with either light wash OR dark wash skinnies. I would wear it with a black tank with some sort of design or a white tank with a design if you want to make it look happy and sunny. The black underneath will give the outfit a kind of mysterious/cute look. I would also wear it with either halfup-halfdown 'do or a black or gray fedora (depending of the color of the tank you put underneath it. I'd wear black flats with some sort of bow or cute design on them. If my school didn't have a uniform (yuck!) I would TOTALLY wear that! You are so lucky!

no it's not too dressy a lot of people at my school wear those kinds of shirts but dress it down a little with a cami under and some cute flats or something.

I think that it'd look really good if you added more of a casual feel when wearing it.... like wear your hair in a messy bun and put a tank top underneath and leave the top four buttons (or so) undone. Otherwise I think it'd be too dressy. IF you wore it like that, though, it'd like it. I like those shirts, but depending on the way they're worn. :) Just my opinion.

I dont think its to dressy at all. I see everyone wearing those, and I have noticed those types of shirts making a huge come back, and I think kids of all ages can dress up every once in a while to show that they know how to look good and more sophisticated.

It is a cute top, but it is too dressy to wear to school. Instead wear a cute babydoll top over a pair of bootcut or skinny jeans.

maybe with a cute jacket over it..but plain its too dressy for school..and would look funny.

You might be able to dress it down by wearing jeans and other acessories (sp?). Its cute for sure though.
