Yes. We met in high school and kept going after graduating. She was a year ahead of me. We dated (among other things)steadily for two years+. She broke it off (dumped me) because she needed to move on and meet new people. I took it very hards and heavy. Turned to drinking and using drugs. Dropped out of college. I learned a lot from her though. In fact I became so smart I never dated anyone else after... or maybe that was the drug life. I got clean over two years ago and realized I'm not 21 still and wasted over ten years of my life, so I can't really pick-up my life where I left it, I'm older now. I got ever it around the same time I lost my mind using drugs and I really don't want to feel that way again. Maybe I'm just afraid of change.

Oh yes. It took a long time, but I'd not be where I am now had that not happened and THIS time, THIS place, is where I'm glad to be. My girls, my dog, my husband--none of this possible had I not been dumped. (and that d@mn cat)

Well, yeah. My ex husband was caught in bed with another woman earlier this year. We were married 15 years and our divorce was finale July 7th. Still trying to get over it.

It was mainly a decision made between both of us, and It took roughly no more than half an hour to "get over him" to be honest!

Yeah but she was a f**king idiot anyway. Fancied her step brother and wanted to shag him and wanted about 7 others at the same time as well. She was just a slag. Glad my mate's sister beat her up. She deserved it and it taught her she couldn't get away with f**king me about. :-)
