Well, I never heard of an inseam for a jacket, but there it was, "Jacket, Size, Chest, Sleeve Length, and Inseam." I have sewed for years and I am bamboozled. You should ask Customer Service what they mean because you will want to understand this before ordering online.

Added later: I found this source below. It says "Jacket Inseam (shoulder to wrist)." Good luck.

I am selling a Women's Blazer on Ebay and an Inseam Measurment Window is part of the transaction. I will further research and return with what I have gathered.

There is no inseam in a jacket.
Jackets have a shoulder width, and a sleeve length [ for guys anyway. ]
