If you are labeled a terroist you have no rights ther have been two people which the CIA have taken without any civil rights to be heard of and incarcerated them without any sign of release or charges being made.

In demonic political systems the bondage is assumed thru adhesion contracts extended by liars to lie-believers. The most prevalent one is the process by which citizens periodically give power of attorney to liars through voter registration. A registered voter is subject to every regulation passed by his/her representative, regardless of how tyrannical or insane. If you are going to start whining CONSTITUTION!!, then first demand that your government return to lawful money of account in accordance with Article 1, Section 10. Nothing will change until the international money changers are removed from the printing press and the duty of minting gold and silver is returned to you - the people. Governments of men are regencies of attorneys, and that equals DEATH! They don't even obey their own laws unless it benefits them directly. My people know this too well from years of harassment, incarceration and theft. Messiah calls them hypocrites. Put your trust (faith & allegiance) in Yahshua the Messiah. His laws never change and He will make good on all His promises so long as you obey Him. On the other hand, if you wish to keep your allegiance to the insolvent, war-mongering U.S. where you are a terrorist if they say so, be obedient to that system without complaint.

Follow the constitution means protect our rights to freedom of living and even goes as far as to mention pursuit of happiness. when a terrorist wants to make me unhappy by slashing my head off, then Ronald, George Senior and Junior and Rudy get unhappy and rush to protect me!
Bottom line:
First protect us from terrorist threats, plots and take away their money, then interrogate to get the 411 on the next 911..
just wish hillary and her hack yesmen think about the constitution first then trying to get her elected at any cost later.
We already have gone through a disaster terrorist buildup during Clinton 1 and co-president bill asleep at the oval orifice. Lets not make mistake #2 and get clinton bis.. besides who can stand Chelsea Clinton in the white house again! yuk....
Rudy's son and daughter are both hotties!

Were these American citizens? Where did the CIA take them from? US soil?
While I don't think we should apply such limits the current administration does and the Supreme Court has already started a series of rulings throwing out assertions of the executive branch. I'm guessing that denial of writ of habaes corpus will be an upcoming reversal.

sure. The Bush administration has been actual Orwellian, becoming their own version of Newspeak with words like Patriot Act and No toddler Left at the back of, the two considered one of which do the choice of what their call implies.

If our Constitution wasn't valid, you'd be in jail for asking this question. Our men and woman in the military are dying for your right to ask stupid questions and be an ignoramus. You're welcome.
