I think people will always find ways to try to self-categorize themselves. This will allow them to identify with some people and distance themselves from others. Some of the non-racial ways that people distance themselves today would become more important (socio-economic class, etc).

go rent a movie called "The Lathe of Heaven" or read the book. It is an old movie and that very thing happens -- everyone in the world suddenly becomes GRAY. It didn't turn out so good for them, you will still find people who want to be prejudiced over something non-race related. Like social standing, wealth or poverty, etc.

On one hand, we could say hoe beautiful it would be. On the other hand, we can look at it as if there were no bad in the world, we wouldn't know aprreciate the good. If we were all the same, don't you think it would be a boreing place? If we were all one race as you ask? I don't think God thinks of that or sees us like that, and that is is just US that make the difference. Again, wouldn't it be boreing if we were all alike?

well, for a start there wouldnt be racism. i dont think anything else would be different. i mean if we're not judging by race, we're going to be judging by something else. like status or something along those lines. there will still be disputes, and disagreements the same amount of drama. everyone's becoming "westernized" so it would be like world as a huge ball of united states. i dont think it would change much. you'd still have a government, poverty, fighting, etc... it's just that everyone would look more alike... i guess.

People would just be known by there characteristics, ie they're the rice eating people, or the potato eaters etc- if looks weren't part of the distinguishing factors.

Retract that, those factors wouldnt exist with no racial differences.

-I haven't studied androllogy and i can say that "races are different , and that difference -we have named 'race'", so yes there is such thing as race.

Still the same... the rivalry, the jealousy, the envy, the "crab mentality" would still be around. Kind of negative thinking here but I would love to see our society/race unite for the goodness of mankind.

well the world did use to be like that
Biblical-read the story Tower of Babel
scientifically and historically-read about continental drift and migration

to answer your question everyone would be "boring" and not stand out....I'm glad we're not all the same and have different races. I do hate that ppl can't accept differences among each other and try to degrade each other b/c they're different from u.

I think then people would find some other reason to be prejudiced: your ears are too big or too small, your nose is not the perfect shape, your feet are too big, your eyes are too close together, etc. Take your pick. It will never be a perfect world.

It depends, would cultures remain different?
Do you mean started out with one race or we blended over time?
I think that if there was one race and one culture, than we would still fight over religions.
If we all started out with one race, then we would have a lot less conflict but it would still be there.
At least racial discrimination won't exist anymore.
