Strongest bone (in terms of pressure) is the femur in the upper leg. The strongest muscle however is a much more complicated question entirely. There is a good looking answer at this link here however, where it points out that the largest muscle is the gluteus maximus. It is responsible for maintaining posture and the main muscle used when climbing (stairs/hills/whatever).
