I do not think it should be raised, lowered, or remain the same. I feel indifferent about it because I do not drink. However, I think some should have to take an aptitude test in order to drink!
There are some nights (while driving around drunked morons) that I wish it would just go away all together.

in canada i think the legal is like 19 but everyone drinks here by the time their 12 so it rally doesn't effect neone

i believe it is.08 however i think we should not have a legal limit. 1 beer is 1 beer to many to be driving. good luck.

i live in Ontario, Canada and it is age 19.... but if a drive accross the border to Quebec, the legal age is 18, is that awsome or what? lol

I think it is two cases, but I can't look it up now. Maybe when I get bailed out. If it is two cases, it should be raised because I still have a case.

80mg i think
going to be reduced to 50mg but lots of political pressure to make it 0mg.
This makes priests worried as they cant drink alter wine and drive to next mass. no alcohol wine is not allowed by church rule.

it's .08......i think it should be higher...my uncle keeps on getting a .09 everytime he gets pulled over....he's done that twice now...so he's got like two DUI's....so ya..
