The howling monkey can scream better than the cockatoo so I'll stay with the monkey.

If you are the lady next door then please give us the opportunity to try out the monkey to see if it is better than your freaking screaming dang cockatoo. Since my door is closer to the condo office everybody thinks it's coming from in here. And all the girls at the pool think it's me as well. At least the new monkey won't repeat profanity he gets off the TV. Or is that the other bird. How many birds you got in there, anyway? Please, get the monkey.

a cockatoo; it is way easier to get your hands on it or put it in a different room. a screaming monkey would probably hurt or bite you.
