We aren't setting them forward we are setting them back. Also, we are only saving that extra hour of daytime to spend in the spring when we'll want it more.

If you set your clock an hour ahead on Sunday, you're skipping two hours of your life. You're supposed to set your clock BACK an hour. Either way, your "human clock" doesn't give a damn which way your clock is set. When it's your time to die, your dead, no matter how old or young you are. God Bless you.

Spring forward, fall back. You set your clocks BACK not forward. If you set them forward, you're going to be really, really early to everything! And no, you are not losing an hour of your life, you are gaining an hour and losing an hour in the spring, so it evens itself out.

Well we set the clocks back an hour later in the year, so I guess that technically we kind of are losing an hour of our life but then we get it back so it all evens out!!

You are an idiot on many levels.
1. You have it backwords, it is FALL BACK!!
2. In daylight savings time, you are not actually gaining or losing time...There are still 365 1/4 days in a year no matter what your blinking clock on the microwave says...
