Arizona has so much sunshine that they don't need that extra hour of sun in the morning like the rest of us.

In Saskatchewan, Canada we don't follow daylight savings time because the farmers have a set time to milk their cows etc.
Or something like that. It has to do with the farmers anyway.
Personally, I think daylight savings time is stupid.

It's part of their cantankerous nature. They were also the last state to join the Medicaid program as well.

Because the people in their government are smart. Daylight savings is possibly the most stupid and outdated practice we have in the USA.
