Use Aleve, or Advil Pm or maybe even Excedrin.Change them up sometimes.

Hi Tinkz, Yes I know how that can be My Friend..I have been pretty busy with My Dad at home and other things to..It gets so Stressful and a Big break is needed soon.I was thinking the same it's hard to keep-up at home and whats taking place in our life's and them try and keep-up here..But the Friends I have made on here and sometimes helping others is why I am still here... because you've built up a tolerance to it. This is the problem with most sleeping aids, after you use them regularly for a time, your body builds a tolerance to it and it doesn't work anymore. Increasing the dose will not work, and is dangerous.

you are probably building up an immunity to it just like people build up a tolerance to pain medicine and they have to take more and more......i would try something else if you are just using it to try to sleep better, like melatonin or something or lay off caffeine.

whenever a person take any medication long term, your body builds up a resistance to the drug. i reccomend going to see your doctor and he/she can advise you on a change that will be benificial for you. :-)
