If you want to have pictures appear on Google image search you first need to upload them onto your website or blog (or someone elses if you do not have one).
When you do that, use an appropriate keyword as the name of the image (yourphoto.jpg), then use the alternate text associated with image properties to describe the photo with the same keyword/s. Lastly write some keyword rich text about the photo. That way when someone inputs a keyword/s into image search, your photo will be amongst the results. That is provided the website/blog is indexed by Google.

do u mean like upload a image on google? if so those r images from the whole web. whatever u searched, like say u saved a image as "blue" and uploaded it on something if someone searched blue then they would find that image. is that what your looking for or r u trying to save a image thats on google images. well search google what u want, press images, click the pic u want, click the smaller view of it on the top, it will show the full image, right click it, press "save image as", save it what u want, put it in the folder u want it in, then finaly SAVE IT. hope that helped.
